Payment terms:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated in writing

FRAUD PREVENTION (ADDRESS MISMATCH)

If billing and shipping addresses do not match, verification may be required.

Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in order cancellation and refund.

PRICING & TAXES

SALES

WARRANTY

Warranty does NOT cover:

RETURNS

Due to the nature of electronic tracking devices, returns are generally not accepted.

SERVICE & SUPPORT

SHIPPING LIABILITY

GhostTrackers ships FOB Origin.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Carrier delays or damages

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.

Do NOT reject damaged shipments — contact us for replacement support.

BATTERY DISCLAIMER (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Batteries can be hazardous if misused
  • GhostTrackers is not liable for battery-related damages
